Is This the Answer?
Ya'll know I've been battling a bunch of dumb aches/pains/injuries or something. As Shelley mentioned, I do like to move it move it so it has been quite frustrating. But I think maybe I've found the answer, thanks to one of my Sparkfriends... I dare you to watch and not want to wiggle. In any case it'll give your funny bone a tickle!
Have a great weekend!

Love that video. Maybe I wont look so uncoordinated with my dance moves if I try this.
ReplyDeleteI watched it, and I'm thinking that it may work for me. I'm rather limited with exercise, because of chronic achilles pain and knee problems. I hope you're feeling better, Helen. I know you do love to MOVE!!
ReplyDeleteI think this is the only way I could Salsa dance - Ima give it a try!
ReplyDeleteThat was fun. Reminds me of my friend who went to a Jazzercise class where most of the ladies were on walkers. At least they were trying. :)
ReplyDeleteLove this! This would be great for some of us youth challenged gals!! Thanks for posting. Have a great w/e!
ReplyDeleteThat was awesome! Have a great weekend and feel better!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't you do this in your chair anyway? :D
ReplyDeleteI dance in the car like this (much to John's amusement). It looks much more like Elaine a la Seinfeld when I do it standing.
Hahahahaha...I find it difficult to keep up with choreographed moves...in a chair or not! But love the concept and the music :-)
ReplyDeleteOMG, that kills! Thanks for the laugh this morning Helen! :D
ReplyDeleteHilarious, thanks for that!
ReplyDeleteAh, ha, ha....I just did the first few moves - word of advice to anyone reading...don't shimmy vigourously in a chair with wheels. It may not end well! :)
ReplyDeleteYou know, it may be funny to a lot of us, but really, it might be the answer for my mom who has an excuse for not doing any type of exercise. I'm going to send her the link...
ReplyDeleteI think it can be both funny and useful Cee. I also passed it on to my mother who has a problem with one of her legs that keeps her from doing anything very aerobic.
DeleteI found a CHOOGA dvd this weekend.
ReplyDeleteChair. Yoga.
And I did it ;)
